Do you Qualify for Free Schematic Design

To ensure we can provide the best service, your project must meet the following criteria:

Must be willing to meet either virtually or via a phone call to discuss your project
Must own the property and have a site survey or access to a survey
The home shall be between 2,000 sq.ft. & 6,000 sq.ft.
One to three stories (basement design is not included)
Must be a single family home, generational home or cottage
No rush projects - construction must be planned for 8 months or later

Below is NOT included as complimentary design service:

Duplexes, secondary units or Accessory Dwelling Units
Additions & Renovations
Homes under 2,000 sq.ft.
High-performance or Passive House Design
HVAC or Architectural Electrical

If you're satisfied with our complimentary schematic design, we can discuss transitioning to a full design service to complete the design and prepare construction drawings. Should you choose to proceed, we will provide a formal proposal outlining the next steps
