We start by listening, then design a home that fits your site, your lifestyle, and your budget, and we carry that vision through to a buildable set of construction drawings.
Good design is more than drawings. We solve the real problems of how a home lives, from light and flow to energy performance, and we account for how it will actually be built. That is the difference between a set of drawings and a home that works.
Every client starts with the design. From there the choice is yours. Take the completed plans to the builder you prefer, or have us stay on as your Construction Manager so you have a single point of contact from first sketch to final walkthrough. As your advocate on site, Rob makes sure the details designed on paper are executed correctly, vetting local trades, managing the schedule, and keeping the budget transparent.
When You Want Us to Manage the Build
Most clients start with the design and take it from there. If you'd rather not coordinate the build yourself, we can stay on as your Construction Manager and run it for you, the same way we'd run our own project.
