HP Home Design was founded in 2022 with a focus on architectural design. However, we quickly noticed a recurring problem in the local industry: the "gap" between the blueprints and the builder.

Too often, we saw great designs compromised on site, not out of malice, but because of a disconnect between the design intent and the construction execution.

We realized that to guarantee a quality result, we had to take responsibility for the build.

Today, we have evolved into a full Design-Build firm. We don't just draw the plans; we manage the construction. This allows us to protect your budget and your vision, ensuring that the home you designed is the home you actually get.

Rob Fleury acts as the bridge between the drafting table and the job site. With over 22 years of residential construction and design experience, Rob understands that a line on a blueprint represents real labour and real costs.

As a Certified Passive House Designer, Rob possesses deep knowledge of building science. However, he takes a practical approach to this expertise.

For the Code Builder: Rob uses his knowledge to ensure your standard home is airtight and durable, preventing common issues like mould or cold rooms.
For the Efficiency Enthusiast: Rob has the technical certification to model and deliver a fully certified energy-efficient project.

Rob’s role is simple: To be your advocate on-site, ensuring transparency, quality, and accountability from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
