Access to Drawings & Service Process
We are not a typical plan factory. To ensure exceptional quality, our drawings are not available for instant download. Instead, we offer a personalized client service to confirm that the plan you choose is the perfect fit for you and the land you are building on.
Our library is intentionally curated, not cluttered. We feature only approved, buildable designs that are unique, economical, and optimized for Ontario’s building environment.
Permit Ready: All Construction Sets purchased from our library come with BCIN Certification and include a Schedule 1 form for immediate building permit application in Ontario.
